Stuart Fulbright earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 1995. He worked in the design offices of Edward Durell Stone Jr. and Associates and EcoPlan in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida as well as practicing design/build in the British and US Virgin Islands. Returning to Fayetteville in 2003, Stuart is focusing on his own practice of contemporary, regional, sustainable design.
His recent projects involve designing a Plaza and Pocket Park surrounding the new public library in the city of Gentry, Arkansas; working with the Botanical Garden Society of the Ozarks by designing and building several theme gardens for their new botanical park; designing urban parks and pedestrian walkways for Ruskin Heights, a 30 acre New Urban community in Fayetteville; as well, Stuart is coordinating site planning and landscape architectural design activities for Lost Rock, a 160 acre modern, nature-based lake home community on Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas.
