As a boundary between the hilltop meadow and the woods, this 1600 SF (conditioned space) design has three bedrooms with two and one-half baths. The scheme, suspended by tall columns, projects out over the hillside lightly touching the site. Stairs down from the living area open onto a large suspended screened porch that is open on all sides. This porch dropping below the house connects residents closely to the hillside. Back upstairs and adjacent to the living area, an outdoor sky room opens to the heavens. On the entry side, a large storage area allows for two ATV’s and gear.
